Kick off Halloween season on the “Dark Touch” dancefloor with Hi-NRG R&B Boogie Electro-Funkdisco by DJ Bus Station John (Tubesteak Connection) “His grooves are rarer than rare…and his sound combines yellow brick road-era gay bathhouse classics & early New York downtown-scene electro with disco tracks from Pluto (or a storage space in Berlin)—and right now he’s hot with three t’s.” — “SF’S TEN HOTTEST UNDERGROUND DJ’s” / SF BAY GUARDIAN We are also proud to feature guest DJ Brian Maier, as heard Tuesday night on the playa at Comfort & Joy Village, as well as evil tranny villianesses Doktor Bordello & Dam Witch, who will be hosting a special Dark Touch cabaret experience.

A sultry danceparty by Comfort & Joy featuring discofunk DJ BUS STATION JOHN with special guest DJs CHAR(7) + ROJAM from Boston (of Dirty LIttle Showtunes & Naked Boys Singing) Char(7) and Rojam began playing parties in Boston in the late 90′s, and have been major contributors to both the Redtail Collective and the Firefly Arts festival up in that neck of the woods. Never beholden to strict limitations, this smart+sexy dynamic duo mixes tech house, minimal, and electro that makes des garçons MOVE.
