Ergonomic Impact We are very excited to be hosting a pre-party workshop on Ergonomic Impact by Lamalani, who draws from seven years of self-defense training and 23 years as a percussionist to teach how to hit ergonomically. Learn ways to strike primarily using hands and some tools. This class will teach tops to pack a better punch and learn how to hit with maximum efficiency and minimal effort.
