MISSION CONTROL

Your favorite place to get friendly

Mission Control presents:

The League:

Tea & Cupcakes

A scandalously spectacular event by and for those who make Mission Control possible: allies, volunteers, crew, and our very special guests.”

Thurs, September 27th |8 PM – 12 AM

The League is a private,** FREE** gathering for MC crew, volunteers, Allies, and their guests only. That means, if you have volunteered for Mission Control, we want to see you!
Invite a friend (it’s free and they don’t need to be a volunteer or ally!) and come
spend some time with your MC friends!
All guests please RSVP

If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn’t be, and what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see?

This month’s League embraces the wonderfulness of TEA and CUPCAKES and of course, MISSION CONTROL. All things TEA. Tea hats, tea gloves, high tea, low tea, mad hatter tea. Did we say cupcakes?

The Salon:Did you know we have, within our midst of mission control community, a TEA expert? That’s right, our very own Cuteordeath is a tea afficionado, having spent quite a bit of time working for a tea import company. She is going to come and brew up some tea, talk about tea, answer all those burning questions you may have about tea. (and serve you a hot cup!) And what goes better with tea than CUPCAKES? Our very own Jen Angel, purveyor of AngelCakes will be bringing some delicious minicupcakes (some vegan!). Feel free to bring your favorite tea or snack to share.

The Cabaret: “The History of Mission Control” a rollicking historical multimedia review of the bygone eras of our beloved building, going all the way back to the early 1900s! If you have been to a League Cabaret, you know these are always a bundle of suprises.

Private event. 21 and over only (we check ID!). We don’t serve alcohol, so BYOB
This is not a play party so no PAL necessary.

No time to tie your tie or cinch your corset? No trouble! Come as you are – we desire your company FAR more than your clothes!
